    • For London Electricity, full time project management the design and development of new Customer Information Systems. During a 2.5 year project, managed a 500-man year, £40 million budget; with a team size peaking at 225 spread over three continents
    • At Sun Life, full time project direction of the migration of the complete portfolio of mainframe operational systems from Control Data to IBM hardware. The complexity of this project was enhanced by the ongoing risk of Sun Life’s then hardware supplier going bankrupt and being unable to support the installation. The £20 million project was completed to time and budget and won an award from the British Computer Society
    •  For COOB 92, project management of the design, development and implementation of the Results System for the 1992 Barcelona Olympics.     • For the Ministry of Agriculture and London Borough of Croydon, full time project management of the implementation of financial and management information systems based on Dun & Bradstreet packaged software
    • For Tottenham Hotspur FC, implementation of the first ticketing and management information systems to be used in the football industry in the UK
    • For Qatar General Petroleum Corporation, Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, full time management of long term projects implementing financial and management information systems based on large-scale software packages
    • For Energy East, the New York, NY based Gas & Electric Utility, lead the evaluation, selection and implementation planning project for an ERP system to provide the new enterprise backbone which resulted in selection of SAP
    • Direct responsibility for successful implementations of Vastera software in Kodak, Nortel and USPS.
    • At New Holland, the world’s second largest agricultural machinery manufacturer, project direction of the implementation of the complete suite of Baan’s ERP applications software in 9 European countries
    • At BICC, the leading European industrial cable manufacturer, project direction of the implementation of the complete suite of Baan’s ERP applications software across 16 countries worldwide
    • At GEC Marconi, the leading European defence systems manufacturer, project direction of the implementation of the complete suite of Baan’s ERP applications software in 7 European countries
    • At Kontron, the Medical Systems manufacturer, project direction of the implementation of the complete suite of SAP’s R/3 application software
    • At GKN Chep, project direction of the design, development and implementation of a complete bespoke order-to-cash enterprise system
    • At Jungheinrich, the world’s second largest forklift truck manufacturer, project direction of the implementation of the complete suite of SAP’s R/3 application software
    • For ARAMCO, management of a project to implement Geographic Information Systems
    • At KPMG I lead the Runaway Systems Management Practice and developed ITPM (IT Project Management), the KPMG project management methodology
