- For Standard Register, the Dayton, OH the leading document services leader, full time participation in their MyC3 Project that delivered a sustainable annualised earnings impact in excess of $50 million (75% improvement in EBITDA). Led the operational improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT, Supply Chain (including Procurement), HR, Finance, and Corporate Administration Services (Legal, Internal Audit, Property) functions. Led revenue generation through use of Customer Journey Mapping
- For Birds Eye Foods, the Rochester, NY based food manufacturer, full time participation in their Project Optima that delivered a sustainable annualised earnings impact in excess of $40 million (27% improvement in EBITDA). Led the operational improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Property, and Sales and Marketing functions
- For Heinz Europe, the Hayes, Middlesex based food manufacturer, full time participation in their Project Delta that delivered a sustainable annualised earnings impact in excess of $250 million (30% improvement in EBITDA). Led the process re engineering that delivered significant operational improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Property, and Corporate Communications & Government Affairs functions as well as the design work for the implementation of SAP enterprise software
- For Heinz North America, the Pittsburgh, PA based food manufacturer, full time participation in their Project Delta that delivered a sustainable annualised earnings impact in excess of $200 million (25% improvement in EBITDA). Led the process re-engineering that delivered significant operational improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT, HR, Legal, Business Services, Telecommunications, Foodservice, Corporate Communications & Government Affairs and Aviation functions, as well as in design of IT software/hardware architecture and selection of new systems
- Direct responsibility for successful implementations of Vastera trade management software in Kodak, Nortel and USPS
- At New Holland, the world’s second largest agricultural machinery manufacturer, project direction of the implementation of the complete suite of Baan’s ERP applications software in 9 European countries
- At BICC, the leading European industrial cable manufacturer, project direction of the implementation of the complete suite of Baan’s ERP applications software across 16 countries worldwide
- At GEC Marconi, the leading European defence systems manufacturer, project direction of the implementation of the complete suite of Baan’s ERP applications software in 7 European countries
- Led the successful bid for the outsourcing of ICI’s corporate IT department. This resulted in the integration into Origin of 400+ staff and a data centre in a deal worth £75 million over a five-year period.
- At Kontron, the Medical Systems manufacturer, project direction of the implementation of the complete suite of SAP’s R/3 application software
- At GKN Chep, project direction of the design, development and implementation of a complete bespoke order-to-cash enterprise system
- At Jungheinrich, the world’s second largest forklift truck manufacturer, project direction of the implementation of the complete suite of SAP’s R/3 application software
