Highlights:

I reported directly to the CEO and had P&L responsibility for three business units:

• Client Services, 75 staff engaged in after sales service (implementation, education, support
• International Trade Consulting (ITC), 20 staff based in Longmont, Colorado engaged in business process consulting and outsourcing
• International Operations, 40 staff based in the UK, engaged in total functional coverage (sales, pre-sales, consulting, client services) for Europe

Accomplishments:

• Exceeded 1999 revenue targets of $13 million by 21%
• Key role in acquisition and integration of Trade Consulting group within Vastera
• Doubled size of UK operation and developed strategic plan for expansion into Continental Europe
• Direct responsibility for successful implementations in Kodak, Nortel and USPS
