The £20 million project was completed to time and budget and won an award from the British Computer Society
  • For London Electricity, full time project management the design and development of new Customer Information Systems. During a 2.5 year project, managed a 500-man year, £40 million budget; with a team size peaking at 225 spread over three continents

  • Lead the development of the Runaway Systems Management practice to assist clients in the management of large, complex, mission critical projects and programmes
  • Key player in the development of the KPMG proprietary package implementation methodology, SIIPS (Selection, Implementation and Integration of Packaged Software)
  • London based liaison manager for KPMG Middle East. This post entailed spending half time in the Middle East liaising with 15 offices in 8 countries and taking responsibility for London staff working on assignments in the region
  • For COOB 92, project management of the design, development and implementation of the Results System for the 1992 Barcelona Olympics. This £25 million project was successfully completed against the most extreme time critical conditions
  • For Kuwait Finance House, an Information Technology Strategy Study
  • For ARAMCO, management of a project to implement Geographic Information Systems
  • For Turkish Electricity, an Information Systems Strategy Study
  • For CEGB, a year spent as full time adviser to the IT Director Designate of National Power advising on a wide range of issues relating to operation as a private company
  • For National Power, selection of financial and management information systems
  • For Abu Dhabi National Oil Company and the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, management of long term projects implementing financial and management information systems based on large-scale software packages
